We offer refunds on unopened and unused products within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.Return Process:
Our Returns policy allows for return or unopened products within 14 days of purchase. To initiate that please contact – info@vkperfume.com with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us. Please note that the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.Non-Refundable Items:
- Any product that has been opened or used.
